Jacob needed a wake up call to become humbled in the service to the Lord.
Paul the Apostle taught us that his calling was to glorify God and share the Good News of the Gospel, in spite of himself. Follow along with us as we see God’s role in our character development; being before doing.
How have you put up a wall and excluded people from the Kingdom of God, rather than act in obedience to include more people?
When was the last time you responded well to the prompting of the Holy Spirit?
How do you choose people to hire in your company? How do you represent yourself when seeking employment? These leadership events that occurred in Acts 6 are enlightening enough to our faith, that they model Godly character for us to live by.
Death on the front end of Acts 5, and new life at the closing. Which will you choose? Choose life, there is more blessing that way.
How do you share your faith with others? Will your faith story tell others about Jesus?
We learn through Acts 3 that God’s Spirit is on the move and He brings healing, wholeness and joy as a result.

We look to the character of God so that we have a firm foundation to stand on when all around us is crumbling. Join us each week as we walk through the Book of Acts together.
