Being obsessed with what people think is a sure way to miss what God thinks of you.
God doesn’t exist to serve us, we exist to serve God. God is not a short-order cook, granting our every wish.
Before you leave your Christian faith because it’s not as easy as you thought it would be, let’s lean into the difficult things and give God the glory for the grind of life. Let’s be more grateful.
Are you stingy and selfish, or thoughtful and generous with your giving?
We walk with God to learn how to give more service away and honor God by blessing others.
All we need to do is “meet a need” for someone today. Maybe they sense distance from God and don’t need a lecture, rather, they need love from someone who cares for them.
The angels said, “Jesus is not here. Why do you look for the living among the dead?” What did you expect to happen?
Can you say that in your life? Even if God doesn’t save me from this situation, I will still trust him.
